Decisions, decisions. Miette’s cookie selection sends us into a delightful dither. First there are the zesty lemon or luscious lavender shortbreads, all delicate and buttery. Then there are the graham cracker cookies, which began as the crust on the lime meringue tartlette (they’re great for s’mores, ice cream sandwiches and dipping in milk). Diva Commandment #10: “Always wash your locks with ultra premium bottled water.” Rinsing with tap water is ick, for lack of a better word. Enter Tasmanian Rain.
