Laser Cut Accessories
Architectural arbiter Molly McGrath of Molly M Designs begins her jewelry process with a sketch, which she drafts on a computer and prints on a laser cutter. The resulting designs are inspired by landscapes, both natural and manmade. Lines and Circles, for instance, are made with birch veneer and acrylic, and two impressive functions of the laser cutter are put into play: etching and cutting. Obviously, her work appeals to those of us who want a standout piece of jewelry to distinguish us from the pack.
