Modern prefab is all the rage these days, with everyone trying to take advantage of the craze and grab their piece of the pie. Most of what we are seeing pop up these days aims towards the hopes of affordability, and falls short of architectural perfection. Marmol Radziner doesn’t feign the creation of a super affordable prefab that every middle class family will be able to afford, yet surprisingly it is more affordable than many of the other competitors. Despite its reasonable real world pricing, the several prefab models available from Marmol Radziner lack nothing in style. Taking advantage of their steel frame construction, all of the available models offer wide open floor plans with extensive windows. The interiors have been meticulously designed right down to the last doorknob. Currently only available in California, these modern marvels should begin to be available in other states starting spring of 2006.
