Doinglish!
July 29th, 2009Oh how exciting this is, we’ve spent the past days adding 4 languages – instead the planned 1 – so when we launch we’ll be available in English, French, German and Spanish… And we’ve already found a bunch of errors and weird ways of saying things. But we decided that launching the new site is more important than perfect translations and that you’ll point any weird things out to us anyways! So, forgive the imperfections and please help us get rid of them!
Sprechen Sie Deutsch?
July 23rd, 2009Yes, we know, we’re late, but we’re working 24-7 to get it up and running. We wont bore you with the technical details, only so much: We’ll go live with 2 languages – English and German – and we’ll follow it up with French and Spanish right after that. And that’s what’s keeping us up at night right now. So sorry, but we’ll work on it as fast as we can…
Tweet Tweet Tweet
July 5th, 2009We love Twitter as much as you do, so we’ve installed the fabulous Tweetboard – it’s the tab on the left of the screen – that will let you Tweet right here, essentially creating a mini forum. It shouldn’t be mistaken for our Feedback forum, which is on the right side of the screen – that’s where we want all your ideas and thoughts on what to add – but we hope that Tweetboard will connect you all here on C&M and you’ll let us know about new products, new designers, your products experiences, all that good stuff. So go ahead, enjoy and tweet away!
Exciting!
July 2nd, 2009Two exciting things: 1) The site is pretty much done, there are just a few little details that need to be added – then we need to migrate to the new servers and then we need to make sure that QA can’t find any bugs anymore and we’re good to go. Most likely 8 or 9 more days and then we’re live. Can’t wait to get first hand feedback from you. 2) The great guys over at Exciting Commerce have just posted a little review (sorry, it’s in German) on yours truly and we have to say thanks for the kind words guys! In a nutshell they believe that we have some of the most exciting products around – and we can’t agree more! So again, thanks guys!
