Good news to all our international customers!

You remember, that we recently concentrated our global activities in Europe, running Charles & Marie from one single office globally and shipping just from one destination to our global audience. The webshop has been adjusted accordingly and will be further improved step by step during the coming weeks to make shopping even more fun! We are now invoicing in EURO from Germany and also shipping from our German warehouse globally.

For the first couple weeks we ‘only’ offered UPS’ high end shipping services, that we definitely recommend for all bigger, more expensive orders! These shipments will arrive fast to your doorstep, can be fully tracked anytime and are insured against loss and damage.

Especially for smaller orders of single or cheaper items we decided to offer a new shipping option to all international customers especially in the USA, Canada and Asia! We are offering to ship these orders with standard postal service and the rate is starting as low as 19,90€ to any global destination. Isn’t that great news to our huge customer base in the US and Canada as it is approx. 50% of the UPS rate!

We know that all these emails packed with announcements titled as ‘great news’ seem to be BS… looking at the situation in Japan! We are cooperating with many friends and designers in Japan and are offering their inspiring designs. We have sent emails to all of them immediately on friday and they are all ok – even though the situation is dramatic and disquieting. Our thoughts are with all our customers and friends in Japan and we sincerely hope the situation will improve soon again!
