Here’s something that should get you all excited!
Brand spanking new – we literally saw it the first time a few hours ago at the show in New York – Sam and Judes brand new follow up to the fabulous Sun Jar: The Battery Lamp!
It’s a battery powered miniature LED table lamp, where the Battery is the base! It’s the classic lamp shape but in miniature - complete with fully working pull chain on/off switch. The base of the lamp is produced by the D-Cell battery (kindly supplied!) the shade and LED clip onto the battery to complete the item.
What a fun idea – what a fun and cute little gadget. We should be getting them in by March and we anticipate a similar success as the Sun Jar had – which is just now coming back into stock – so place your order as soon as possible!
Price: $35 / 25€

What shall we say – it’s the latest from Sam and Jude out of the UK and it comes straight from the New York Gift Show to you.
It’s not like we need to say much here as it is pretty self explanatory, but just in case: It’s a traditional lamp fixture complete with the shade and little pull string on one side and a candle on the other. So depending on the mood or the occasion, you can choose between either one. Or – depending on how the evening develops – switch from one to the other…
Designed by Adrien Rovero it’s a fun juxtaposition and an amusing piece that will definitely cause some remarks…
Size: 19.5″ x 12″ x 6″ (49,5 x 30 x 14,5 cm)
Price: $120 / 90€

This gorgeous air vase makes a splendid appearance on any side table, side board or anything else that doesn’t necessarily need to be on the side…
Roughly 5″ x 7″ (13 x 18 cm) this ‘vase’ does a great job at looking phenomenal whilst not serving the original purpose – holding water – but it certainly does look great. Use it with a single long stemmed flower to add a dash of drama to your dinner table, or with a bunch of short and playful ones to contrast the rigid lines…
Made out of crisp white porcelain, this vase is so intriguing to look at because of the constant changes in surface and light coming through.
So put away the water and enjoy the flower before she’s gone…
Price: $85 / 80€

Sometimes the most amazing items come in really small sizes…
When we first laid our hands on these key rings, we new immediately that we had to get them to you. Originally commissioned for the launch of ‘Carte Blanche’ at Mission Gallery with Comme des Garcons, these amazing pieces are handmade of white porcelain. Every single one is different, so no worries about loosing individuality. And they are amazing to touch. The bisque finish is such a charm, that you just can’t stop playing with it. Especially if it is contrasted with the stainless steel of the actual ring. It is a wonderfully well rounded piece that we just adore and hope you will too…
Color: Off-White
Size: 1.5″ x 1.5″ (4×4 cm)
Price: $49 / 40€

Here’s a fabulous little hide-away for your change: Designed by the great guys over at 366cm, this moneybox in the shape of a little house is completely closed. Closed as in no way to open it unless you get out the saw and start hacking away…
We especially like that idea, usually any moneybox, piggy bank, whatever you want to call it, can be opened and closed at your leisure, resulting in a continuous depletion of the amassed riches. This one puts an end to that, by simply not giving you access to your savings – unless you chop it up.
It is beautifully hand crafted and as you can imagine from the Swiss, absolutely precisely manufactured – no flaws what so ever!
If you can’t wait anymore and do need to get to your spare change, it comes ‘pre-scored’ or rather ‘pre-cut’ to reduce potential stress on your wrists…
So if you are looking for that special little place to hide your cash, this might be your solution and with 4″ x 4.5″ x 4.5″ (10 x 11,5 x 11,5 cm) this cute little thing can go anywhere you like…
Price: $45 / 35€

AndrewAndrew is one of the most exciting interdisciplinary creative teams out there currently in our opinion. And today’s delicious product is a perfect example of their work, that is all about NOT putting art into museums or galleries…
They have worked with an amazing group of clients/collaborators, to name just a few: Colette, Jimmy Choo, Bergdorf, The Future Perfect, Barneys and Paper Magazine among others…
Today’s product is a set of two cookies – really delicious cookies – and just in case you were wondering what it is you are munching on, well, have a read: one cookie provides you with the nutritional information and the other with the ingredients. And it’s the real deal, nothing that’s made up or so…
It makes you think twice about what it is you are actually putting into your mouth and are mindlessly chewing on…
Oh and as size always matters, they are approx 4″ x 5″ (10 x 13 cm) – and all handmade, so no exact sizes…
Price: $25 / 25€ plus shipping

Our friends over at JimmyJane know a bit or two about sensations – they are the formidable brains behind the design award winning Little Something Vibes, but when we met with Ethan last week and he told us that we can pre-launch their newest toy, the Form6, we were more than excited!
It is a departure from the usual design aesthetic for one because it is designed to meet each persons unique needs with wonderfully smooth organic contours that wonderfully conform to your body and secondly because it contains some of the hottest technology currently available on the market. Unlike any other toy, every surface of Form6 is designed for sensation – just imagine what that means… Add to it dual motors (KAPOW!!) digtal vibration modes and cordless charging and you can see why we were so very excited to prelaunch this beauty…
Place an order now and be amongst the first to receive the Form6 in February! In case you were wondering, it comes with all the usual fab features JJ is known for, so it’s waterproof and bath friendly, uses only body-safe materials, it’s quiet and uses intuitive illuminated controls and is seamlessly enveloped in durable sillicone with the smoothest soft touch surface you can imagine…
We know that you are excited now, but all that counts now is patience until it ships to you…
Price: $175 / 150€ plus shipping

Extratapete is a small company in Berlin that specializes on bespoke – custom made – wall papers. And they have just come out with a fabulous new wallpaper – well actually more like a border – and we were very happy to get our hands on a few of them…
Panoramic views, taken at normal eye level of Paris or Berlin – 2 of our favorite cities – in one continuous print, over 13 feet (4 m) long, and roughly 5 inches (13 cm) wide. The technology involved is fabulous and it is amazing how detailed these views are and how much ground they cover. This is so incredibly detailed and intricate it is fascinating. We have spent countless hours looking at it and looking for the details and had a blast recognizing places and sights.
Designed by artist Esther Neumann, these mega panoramic views come with an adhesive foil, that allows you to easily attach them anywhere you want.
So if you want to take a quick trip to Paris or Berlin, this is probably the cheapest way to feel immersed in two great cities…
Color: Berlin, Paris
Price: $21 / 16€ plus shipping

This is it, the last piece in a series of phenomenal products, that will hopefuly find its way into our curated shopping section very soon.
The third product in the 100% portfolio (well not really, but numero 4 isn’t quite ready yet) is a lamp in shape of – you guessed it – a lamp. A wonderful idea that causes irritated looks followed by broad grinning. Born out of the fact that light bulbs have become a commodity product, that lead a pretty neglected life, only in our focus when it breaks and we usually don’t have the correct replacement on hand. We are much more intrigued by the surrounding of the lightbulb, the shape of the shade or the way it is held, or the size, possibilities are endless…
All of that casual use of the common bulb will now change, and it will be displayed for what it is. LampLamp injects life and values into the commodity products we know and creates an affinity to a normally distant product.
We love it! It is an E26/E27 bulb with 30 watts – so flexible to fit into pretty much any socket. But you don’t want to hide it under a lamp shade, or do you now?
Price: $28 / 28€ plus shipping
