We already brought you the ingenious Furoshiki Shiki cardholder by Samira Boon a week or so ago and here is part 2 the equally fascinating and fabulous shoulder bag. Designed by dutch designer Samira Boon in Japan, the entire Furoshiki Shiki line is based on the traditional Japanese way of folding a bag. This time it is interpreted in a very different way though and uses the unique structure of vinyl and the fact that it is so sticky to create a fabulous truly tight bag without any stitching, just by folding it… The unique properties of Vinyl make it the perfect choice for this product because of its natural tack that makes it stick together very tightly. If at some point it should loose its stickiness, just give it a soft rinse in warm water and soap and you have beautifully reconditioned it back to it’s original state…
