We love when things come full circle. In the case of the Coffee Stirrer Lamp by Aaron Kramer, this piece brings us fill circle in more ways than one. Known for his construction and weaving of Spheres, Gourds, Baskets, Lights and other large organic forms since the early 90’s, Kramer uses recycled street sweeper bristles, coffee stirrer sticks, and other found objects to create functional and decorative items for the home. The Coffee Stirrer Lamp is neutral enough for any space and can be altered with the used of colored bulbs. This lamp is sure to bring interest and new life to any space you choose.

Exposif is a cool collection of limited edition wallpapers available by custom order for walls of any shape, size, or color. Developed by Maxalot in collaboration with leading names in graphic design, photography, and illustration, the collection reflects ‘a shift in interior styling that uses wallpaper as a feature rather than a backdrop’. In partnership with Epson, Exposif combines outstanding design and developments in print technology to produce these high-end graphics. One of our favorites (shown here) is by Sapporo-based illustrator, Chisato Shinya. Well-known for her contemporary version of Grimm’s Fairy Tales published by Die Gestalten Verlag in 2003, she was invited by the web’s leading graphic magazine, Shift, to design their cover. We can’t get enough of Maxalot’s edgy, yet practical collection with a variety of styles for every hip space.

First there were sun clocks, then there were analogue clocks. As technology advanced, the digital clock was invented in 1956, and was later adapted to the wrist watch. But in the last fifty years there has been little advancement in the way that we tell time, at least until now. Neolog, a company based in Germany has set out to redefine the way that we tell time. Their new watch, the NEOLOG A24 II uses groups of lines to divide time into intelligible units: hours, units of ten minutes, and units of one minutes. By grouping these units in blocks of three, it makes it easy and rapid for the wearer to interpret the time. This sleek way of displaying time makes the watch as much as a fashion statement as a convenient and effective way of telling time. Just the thing to make sure you catch your plane on time with style.

Cufflinks are to Charles what earrings are to Marie. The Talk Cufflinks are a subtle, yet witty nod to his travels, conversations, and his desire to know more about interesting people and places. Designers Chao-Hsien Kuo and Eero Hintsanen created the cufflinks with the Scandinavian aesthetic of precision and quality craftsmanship. Witty and chic, these sterling silver cufflinks leave something to be said about the man who wears them. See more from the Chao & Euro Jewel Collection at Iluren.

This leather version, the ‘Lucky Beggar Purse‘, works as a change purse while paying homage the cardboard version used by panhandlers on the streets of the city. When Charles & Marie dine at home, it’s a feast for the palette. No matter how simple the meal, they love the feeling of a lavish and welcoming atmosphere. Designed by Nunzia Carbone and Tiziano Vudafieri in partnership with Swarovski, the Cellula Chandelier is pure glam all the way. Paring down the cluster of crystals typically seen in a traditional chandeliers, the Cellula is a modern take on a timeless design. Flexible enough to accommodate any living space, the Cellula works for the dining room, living room, and entry way. We love the simple glow and grand presence of this dramatic, yet modern, piece.
