This is by far the most fun children’s wear we have come across in a long time. At FreddySays really cool t-shirts for the little ones are being sold. Just like the t-shirt you see on the left with a print, making you think that a Motorola RAZR phone is hanging around the kids neck, there are models like that with iPods, keychains and a lot of more funny gadgets. Check out the entire range and be surprised with how many fun and original ideas they have come up!
The Chargebox is a new invention from the UK. The concept is rather simple. Basically the company puts up stands, each consisting of several boxes. In the box there are power-plugs for 90% of all cellphones and MP3 players that are out there available. So, if you are next time traveling and run out of battery or you forgot to charge your cellphone when leaving the house, this is the perfect solution. Just leave your cellphone for a while in the Chargebox, while you do some shopping. The Chargebox is becoming more and more popular and will for sure pop up somewhere near you any time soon.
Nokia just recently opened their first flagship store in the US in Chicago. These stores are incredible and have some really nice features. Each Nokia Flagship Store features a carefully crafted retail environment ringed with state-of-the-art multimedia displays. These displays interactively walk guests through the features and benefits of a wide range of Nokia products and even allow them to send text messages that can then be seen on not only the local store displays, but in other Nokia Flagship Store locations around the world. Make sure you pass by this very special retail space, when you are in Chicago next time!

Usually we do not report a lot about cars, but this is for once a simple, but yet very useful new addition to the already long accessory list of a modern car. Chrysler adds to the new Sebring 2007 the option of a cup-holder that has a heating and cooling mechanism integrated. So, whatever drink you come to your car with, it will now be well taken care of. Its great to see that Chrysler and not the typical luxury carmakers comes up with this smart new option.
Here we came once again across a successful re-interpretation of an already popular product, the Swiss Army Knife. This time the idea and mechanism of the knife was turned into a couch – The Swiss Knife Seating Unit.
“This playful Swiss Army-inspired seating landscape is cut, to fold, like a knife. The Swiss knife seating unit is product design done on the scale of furniture, reinterpreted everybody’s favorite airplane-banned carry-on as seating that can be open (360 degrees) or closed. The design goal is to allow you to minimize your furnishings, maybe you can get away with just one piece that you unfold for parties.”
A great idea, because it not only looks good, but is also practical – that’s all one can expect from furniture!
Working long hours in the lab, cancer-immunology researcher Jahan Khalili was inspired one night to create this truly edgy lamp. A DNA or Proteomic x-ray film forms the exterior of this innovative lighting design, which is structured to be hung from the ceiling. Perfect décor for those who appreciate the unique graphic quality of everyday surroundings. The idea is new and definitely creative. Maybe its even more fun if it displays some part of your own? This lamp will give any room a special touch.
