…of Cartoons. We just came across the creations of Michael Paulus and its certainly interesting. He creates graphically the skeletons of cartoon characters.
“These Icons are usually grotesquely distorted from the human form from which they derive. Being that they are so commonplace and accepted as existing I thought I would dissect them like science does to all living objects - trying to come to an understanding as to their origins and true physiological make up. Possibly to better understand them and see them in a new light for what they are in the most basic of terms.
I decided to take a select few of these popular characters and render their skeletal systems as I imagine they might resemble if one truly had eye sockets half the size of its head, or fingerless-hands, or feet comprising 60% of its body mass.”
You can view his entire collection of 22 characters here.

Garni, the japanese accessory geniuses have crafted these skull rings for Shop Gentei’s one-year anniversary. Overall there are only 30 available and if you look at the incredible amount of detail on these, then you know that you want one! Each ring contains a unique marbelized swirl of white, orange, black. Individual pieces are distinctively done and one-of-a-kind. Silver accent with a tribute to Shop Gentei’s first year of operation, with “LTD EDT One Year” carved out on the side.
The skull design has in general already been quite played out, but these ones are just too detailed in their work to be ignored. The japanese craftsmanship and persistence to only be satisfied with highest quality is over and over again stunning!

Delta introduced 3D letters into graffiti almost twenty years ago and became worldwide famous for his 3D creations on different mediums since then: records sleeves, 3 dimensional canvases, sculptures and more.
Delta has influenced writers worldwide with his unique letter style and became one of the most respected writers in the graffiti movement.
With this project in collaboration with Mekanism, Delta presents for the first time his artwork on skateboard decks. They got together for an edition of 100 numbered decks with the first 20 (numbered 1 to 20) signed by the master himself!
The design is an urban dimensional dazzle, an experiment of a mixture of Delta’s name, dazzle camouflage patterns and the organization of some of Hong Kong’s buildings that inspired him during a trip he made there.
It’s really rare to get a work done by Delta - he’s not the type of guy that does hundreds of collaborations like some others… People can’t miss it, it’s an unique opportunity to get a piece of graffiti history! The boards are on sale as of today at the Mekanism Online Store - Transistor.

We already predicted the comeback of Tretorn a while back. While having a boring brand image for the longest time, they finally step it up again and bring exciting new products out. The one that caught our eye recently is the Strand Skagenrora Box Set.
“Tretorn present the limited edition Skagenora box set, an all white slip-on offered in three varieties of graphic print. Inspired by the classic Swedish plank sandwich, the right shoe is plain white, with the option of three left choices that feature a photographic print of a grapefruit, oysters on the half shell or a shrimp and lime.”
The box set is now available at Dover Street Market in London.
