Where's my stuff?
That's easy to answer: Just log into your account using the link here or at the bottom and see all your previous orders and their status with a quick glance. Looking for tracking information? Just select the order in question and hit track order voilá, real time shipping information is right there.
Generally all orders are processed within 48 hours and most of the time, all orders placed by noon PST (for USA) or CET (for EMEA) will ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following 48 hours and ship out the following day.
When does the status change? Usually after it was picked up by the shipper, so expect an updated status during the evening.
Did you order a Soupe du Jour or a Pre-Sale item? Well, that generally ships as soon as they get in, usually between a week to 15 days after you placed the order. That's it, hope that helps!
