• What is Charles & Marie?
  We're one pretty hot concept store or something like that. We're in the US and in Europe and our goal is to bring you some of the hottest products from around the globe.
• Why are the FAQ's so short?
  Because we didn't like our old ones anymore. They had silly questions that didn't apply anymore and we're starting anew. So every question that keeps popping up, will be answered here. Have a question? Let us know!
• Why does it say Pre-Sale with some products?
  Those items are out of stock, but re-ordered and en route to us, so they should be back within the next week or so. If you have other items in your cart and add a Pre-Sale item, you'll automatically generate 2 different orders and they ship as ready. So the order with the items that are in stock ships within 48 hours (except weekends) and the other one as soon as it gets in.
• Why don't the coupons work on Free Shipping Fridays
  If you buy something on Free Shipping Fridays, the shipping is on us and the $10 coupon that you get when you sign up for a newsletter is disabled. So if you want to use that coupon, you can do so every other day of the week. We hope you understand!
• How does that 'Invite Your Friends' thing work?
  That's pretty easy: You invite your friends in: Your Account Under Invite Your Friends. They follow your invite, make a purchase and when that purchase is shipped, you'll get a $15 credit to your account that you can use any time you like. It's our way of saying thanks!
