It's basically for the baker in you, or for the server – whichever you prefer – but what it does is simply brilliant. It looks like tongs with a triangle on top, and it functions as a cake cutter and lifter. Simply slide it down on your cake and then slightly squeeze the tongs and a perfect piece of cake is on it's way to a plate.

Brilliant.
